In a Wednesday, Jan. 14, press release, Malibu-based advocacy group America Unites for Kids – formerly known as “Malibu Unites” – criticized the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District’s spending of nearly $4 million on the polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) contamination issue at Malibu High School and Juan Cabrillo Elementary 

School.
