Authorities rescued two individuals from a vehicle that was approximately 20 feet over the side of Latigo Canyon Road Sunday, Nov. 13.

Ed Pickett, supervising fire dispatcher for the Los Angeles County Fire Department, said the department received the call at roughly 10:19 a.m. Upon arrival, the car was stuck on a tree and teetering, Pickett said. The individuals in the car were rescued within 50 minutes, Pickett said, and airlifted to a trauma center. One individual had minor injuries and the other had moderate injuries, he added.
