A dispute regarding lighting at Malibu High School has been settled by the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District and the Malibu Community Alliance.

The agreement was announced at the start of the Thursday, Feb. 18, School Board meeting by Board president Laurie Lieberman, who said the District and another party had reached a settlement during the Board’s closed session. That party turned out to be MCA.

Cami Winikoff, a member of the MCA, confirmed to the Malibu Surfside News late Thursday night that an agreement had been reached.
