Stephen Udoff, one of Southern California’s top producing agents under the age of 30 and a leading Malibu-based associate with Partners Trust, has been appointed to the executive committee of the California Association of Realtors. The 29-year-old Udoff is the first Malibu Realtor ever appointed to the trade association’s executive committee, which is tasked with providing recommendations to leadership on issues of concern within the Realtors organization.

C.A.R. is a statewide association that focuses on developing and promoting programs and services that enhance its members’ ability to prosper in the real estate industry with integrity and competency, and through collective action, to promote real property ownership and the preservation of real property rights. There are more than 170,000 Realtors, associates and affiliates who abide by the organization’s code of ethics.

Udoff, who represents high-end clientele along the California coast, from Malibu to Venice, currently serves as President-Elect of the Malibu Association of Realtors, the youngest to ever serve in this position, as well as Chair of the Membership Committee. Earlier this year he made international headlines and achieved social media stardom for his in-app marketing tactics by using Snapchat to secure an $80,000 monthly Malibu lease. A native coastal Californian, Udoff is active in the community he serves. He has led the Adopt a Highway program, regularly organizes PCH cleanups and coaches both Malibu Little League and Malibu AYSO.

Udoff was officially installed as a member of the Association Executives Committee on Jan. 25, at C.A.R.’s annual winter meeting in Indian Wells, California.
