Green of spring bursting and bubbling everywhere

Birds exploding into flight

Clouds drifting gently in a true, blue sky

A symphony of bird-song,

as I sit with my pyramid, lovingly repairing

thirty years of winds, fires and storms

embraced by the sun and gentle breeze

far from the world of traffic, noise and neon.

Safe from destructive machines of progress

I step inside to the healing scent of palo santo

bees tumbling into lavender blooming all around

The pulse and rhythm of my heart

filled with love and gratitude
