Malibu Optimists' inaugural music program moves online, delights all

For her performance on viola, Sophia O’Brien viola chose Bach’s “Cello Suite No. 1 in G, Prelude.”

For more than four decades, Bonnie Lockrem dreamed of having the Malibu Optimist Club, an organization that she and her family have belonged to for years, host an instrumental music program for middle and high school students. She finally made it happen.
