Police Reports: $700 iPhone, wallets, more reportedly stolen from surfers parked along Pacific Coast Highway

A $700 iPhone, and a $600 Bottega Veneta wallet containing credit and debit cards, a driver's license and $100 cash, reportedly was stolen from a vehicle parked at Leo Carrillo State Beach, 3500 Pacific Coast Highway. 
The alleged victim stated that on May 18, he visited the beach to go surfing. He left his key hidden on the tire before he went to surf, though he was also unsure if he locked the car.
