Billed as a major step forward in getting people back to work and back out into the community, Los Angeles County Health Officer Muntu Davis on Tuesday rolled back COVID-19 restrictions to allow, among other things, limited in-person faith services, reopening of stores inside malls and the reopening of pools in multi-unit residences or part of a homeowners association.

In addition, retail establishments that two weeks ago were given the OK for curbside service can now offer limited in-store shopping.
