7:36 am PDT May 11, 2019

About $250,000 in damage reportedly was caused at a residence on Ramirez Canyon Road.

The alleged victim stated that her house has been vacant since the Woolsey Fire, but either she or maintenance workers regularly check on the property.

She said that sometime between April 26 through May 3, an unknown subject broke into the residence and opened a water valve and left it running for days. The water flooded an entire room of the house, damaging walls, flooring and the ceiling.
