On Sept. 24, at a gathering in her home, Joanne McDougall Boggs celebrated becoming a centenarian in style with friends and her longtime caretaker Maureen Wolkin, enjoying honey baked ham and potato salad, a lovely bouquet of balloons and, of course, a birthday cake.
