Planning Commission: City tells Nobu to fix parking problems or risk permit

The Malibu Planning Commission is giving Nobu Malibu restaurant until May 20 to either comply with allowable parking requirements or risk revocation of its conditional use permit, which does not allow for off-site valet parking.
