Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Amy Hogue has denied the City of Malibu’s request for an injunction against the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority and the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy in the second round of legal action involving public access in the Sycamore Park neighborhood in central Malibu.
