Malibu teen Rachel DeAngelis was crowned Miss North Hollywood Teen USA on March 13, at the Garland Hotel in North Hollywood.

DeAngelis said she is honored to be working with her directors Amanda Weavery, Tara Rice and Steven Skyler, and will head on to compete in the Miss California Teen USA pageant this December.
