According to the latest information available from the City of Malibu, Public Safety Power Shutoffs are under consideration for the following areas of Malibu:

• Galahad Circuit (approximately the western edge of Point Dume to Point Mugu and 2-4 miles inland) - 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25, through 3 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 26; and on the watch list for Sunday, Oct. 27, with no specific time period of concern.

• Cuthbert Circuit (approximately Latigo Canyon Rd to Bonsall Drive, and from PCH approximately 1 mile inland) - now on the watch list for Sunday, Oct. 27, with no specific time period of concern.

• Merlin Circuit (approximately from Latigo Canyon Road to Malibu Lagoon, and 2-5 miles inland) 9 p.m.-midnight Sunday, Oct. 27.

• Seaboard Circuit (includes Pepperdine University, approximately from Civic Center Way and Malibu Canyon to Carbon Beach and 2 miles inland) 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25- 9 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 26.

• Tuna Circuit (approximately from Civic Center Way and Malibu Canyon to Carbon Beach and 2 miles inland) 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25- 9 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 26.

As of Friday afternoon, a PSPS is no longer expected for the Maguire Circuit (approximately Mulholland Highway to Solstice Canyon, and approximately three miles inland).
