Less than an hour after police asked for the public's help in locating a 45-year-old from Lost Hills, she had been "safely located," the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department announced the afternoon of Thursday, Feb. 20.
Deeanna Blette had been classified as an “at-risk” missing person.
"Thank you to the public, the media and the deputy personnel for their tireless efforts in the search for Blette," police stated in a press release shortly after 1 p.m.
Prior to her being located, Blette had last been seen at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 19, at Whole Foods in Malibu, according to police. Blette, a white female, was described as 5-foot-5, 117 pounds, with brown eyes and brown straight hair.
