The Malibu Public Safety Commission received and filed project updates pertaining to traffic and safety on Pacific Coast Highway on Wednesday, Aug. 3, at its regular meeting. Discussion focused mainly on issues of unsafe pedestrian crossing and excessive vehicle speed on PCH.

Four speed advisory signs are expected to be installed in the Point Dume area in September, the commissioners said. Two more signs will be installed on Busch Drive.
