The Point Dume Marine Science School’s annual Book Fair opened last week with a bash.

That is — a Monster Bash, which was this year’s theme for the book fair.

Children at PDMSS lined up at 7:45 a.m. to see if they’d be one of the first 13 lucky book fair attendees to get a free monster eraser.

The PDMSS book fair will run on business days during school hours until Friday, Dec. 11.
