Malibu football falls to 1-6 against a still-undefeated St. Genevieve

Different week, same old story.

The Sharks were overmatched by a superior opponent, falling 38-0 to still-undefeated St. Genevieve Valiants the evening Saturday, Oct. 8, before a raucous crowd at Francis Polytechnic High School.

Before every meet, sophomore Claudia Lane writes the word “RUN” on the palm of her right hand. 

“It motivates me to challenge myself. When I read it during a race, it pushes me to move forward,” Lane said.
