Boat sinks, four people rescued off of Paradise Cove

Four people were rescued from a boat that caught fire on Aug. 16 approximately 1,000 yards off the shore of Paradise Cove in Malibu.
The 40-foot powerboat sank after catching fire at approximately 7 p.m., Los Angeles County Fire Department officials said.  
No injuries were reported, and the four people were vacated before LA County Fire Department officials arrived on the scene, according to City News Service.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation with the LA County Fire Department.
