Pritchett Rapf welcomes new manager

The Malibu Association of REALTORS is pleased to announce that Matthew Ogden has been appointed manager of Pritchett Rapf, Malibu Colony and Topanga offices, as well assuming the role of training manager for the company.

Ogden is the immediate past president of the MAR and continues to serve on the board of directors. Matt is also a director for the California Association of Realtors, and served on the 2012 MLS Board of Directors. He was awarded “Realtor of the Year” from the MARS in 2013 for his outstanding contributions to the real estate community.

“Working with Matt is one of the real pleasure of my position at the board “ said Susan Manners, MAR executive director. “Matt is a person of impeccable character and integrity; he does an excellent job with whatever project he tackles, he raises the bar to a high standard for himself and others by example. We are very fortunate to have him on the board.”

Ogden has been a realtor with Pritchett-Rapf Realtors since graduating from UC Santa Barbara in 2000 with a degree in political science. He specializes in residential sales and leasing in Malibu, Pacific Palisades and Santa Monica. He is also active in Westlake Village and the surrounding communities. Ogden and his wife, Alicia, have a beautiful baby daughter Autumn.
