IT'S SNOWTIME!

Large snowflakes pirouetted in the air at the intersection of Mulholland Highway and Kanan Road area late Wednesday afternoon after The News went to press, but were not sticking. 

A light dusting of snow was also reported at the top of Latigo Canyon, but that also dissipated quickly without blanketing the ground.

We may have a snowier snow story, if the dusting continues into the evening. Colder nighttime temperatures might allow the white stuff to stick, producing a Malibu version of the proverbial winter wonderland.

If that happens, The News will be there.
